We send your information to a participating provider serving your area. We do not perform the work — we connect you with an independent contractor who can assess the damage and respond.
A Provider Contacts You
A provider who accepts the request reaches out to schedule an on-site assessment and give you a written estimate. The provider sets their own schedule, pricing, and terms.
The Provider Performs the Work
Once you approve the estimate, the provider handles extraction, drying, cleanup, or reconstruction directly with you. All work, warranties, and billing are between you and that provider.
What You Pay Us
Nothing. The request line is free to call and using it does not obligate you to hire any provider we connect you with. We are compensated by participating providers for generating or referring leads — not by homeowners.
What a Provider Charges
Pricing is set by the independent provider after an on-site assessment — never by us. Every estimate, contract, and billing arrangement is between you and that provider. If an estimate doesn't work for you, you can decline it and call us again.
